I have tested the latest version of Vidon XBMC on the box and it supports a centralised MySQL Database.
 
I've just got to do a little fine tuning and will post my advancedsettings.xml & sources.xml here.

Yeah, that was one of the first things I checked after upgrading to Gotham. Been running with MySQL for both video and audio enabled for a week now with no issues.

I am interested in this too.

Please let us know were and how to change the advancedsettings.xml & sources.xml. I am kind of a NOOB with Android,
