How to: Send us your log reports for VMC and VidOn XBMC

You might encounter some problems when you´re using our VMC or VidOn XBMC, sorry for the inconvenience but we really need your feedback to make the product better. So we beg your pardon and please send your log to help us pinpoint the problem exactly when any problem occurs.
  • How to send log of VMC

Please entre the VMC setting panel, and click on the icon ¨Feedback¨,

you will pop up a dialog box of Feedback as shown below. And with a simple click on the button ¨Send¨ you can send us the log.

Note: Please fill in your VidOn.me Account and email address effective, thus we can analyze the problem accordingly.

2. How to send log of VidOn XBMC

You can open VidOn XBMC setting panel from ¨System – Settings¨ as shown below,

then choose the option ¨ Debugging – Send Log to VidOn XBMC¨.

Entering the dialog box of Send Log to VidOn XBMC, please fill in your Forum ID(which is equal to your VidOn Account) and email address effective before clicking on the button ¨Send¨.
