What happened to the support of the av200 having problem with Unfortunately, vidon.me desktop has stopped

I had the same error on two units.

Tried multiple re-installs/versions of firmware, none of which helped.

Works fine with NO NETWORK connected, so I started diddling with the network configuration.

MANUALLY set up the hard-wired network connection, the "Desktop has stopped" messages went away!

Now I'm trying to configure the local network settings so I can reach my NAS units with the AV200, no luck so far, but at least the Desktop stays alive!


Any suggestions??
