I have converted the source file to both MP4 passthrough and mkv passthrough. I have tried both paths for the playback. I have used your TvdVideo, Video player and VidOn XBMC options and the results are the same. The picture has a fault at 34s. I am currently running VidOn XBMC version 15.2.3. I use an external power sourced USB hard drive. I have noticed that all the files I have created that do not play correctly on the VidOn box plays perfectly on my Panasonic TV's inbuilt media player but I would prefer to use the VidOn box as I do like the set up.

Looking forward to hearing from you with a resolution to this issue.

Kind regards

Hi Ashley,

Can you ask 'the user' to provide a full MediaInfo file report, as a text file?

Cheers

The MediaInfo file report looks okay. It's a pretty short duration file at just 2 minutes 51 seconds!

What exactly happens at 34 seconds into the .mkv file?
