Any updated hardware to be released to allow for 4K resolution and being able to use 7.1.2 Dolby Atmos?

just to add something about Atmos,   Atmos is a object based surround sound,  the atmos bitstream has metadata that feeds to the decoder which then steers the audio to the configuration the home user is using 7.1.2, 5.1.4 etc...   Dolby has went on record in saying that a standard blu-ray player will pass the metadata to a compatible receiver .    So in theory anything that can pass a bitstream will pass atmos.   Thats why you don't see blu-ray players with a atmos badging of the usual dts and dolby logos.
