AV100 box with XBMC v1.1.0.2.

Cannot play any movies using Genesis. Just keep getting the 'Genesis no streams available' message. I had the same problem in January and used the 'roll back' option in add-on settings back to v3.2.4 but, presently on v4.5.5 and only roll back option is v4.4.6 and this gives the same message.

Can anyone advise what the problem may be?

I suggest you get in touch with the developers of Genesis.

Do not go to the XBMC forum as you will be told that piracy is not supported.

The developers here can't do anything about add-on and streaming incompatibility such as this.

A look inside the logfile may help....but i assume that Frodo is simply too old for newer incarnations of this Plugin.

Hey leapyman,

If you could get a hold of an earlier version of the add on and install that it may fix the problem; as likethatbox said, it is most likely due to Genesis being updated beyind normal compatibility with Frodo.

As well, GregiBoy is correct in that the Kodi forums can offer no help due to the nature of that add on, but searching around the internet should reveal forums with other Genesis users that may be able to offer further assistance.

Genesis works fine on Kodi 14.1 and 14.2 installed from the Kodi web page.

Genesis and other add ons (Football Today) don't work with any of the the VidOn XBMC versions.

Maybe there is something that could be done?

Of Course...an update to Kodi.

But as it seems, that will never happen.

The first Thing is to look inside the logs what went wrong.

Maybe you can manually change the Resolvers etc.....if you are familar with the underlying System.

Another Solution....flash the latest MELE Firmware and install SPMC..works like a Charm.

Not easy to achieve, however, if you are not a specialist.

Hello all

I am a newbie to Genesis. I have a Mac and until today had no problem with Genesis, using Kodi 14.2, but out of the blue am getting the No streaming error message from Genesis. I have trawled through your messages  and even downloaded the attachment in DropBox, but havent found a solution. Please help if you can.  Thanks

Hey Rupert53,

Are you using Genesis in Kodi14.2 on a VidOn Box? If so, what SDK, VMC and XBMC versions are you running on the box?
