Problems returning my Vidon Box

Dear Sirs: I have emailed many times to return 6 out of the 11 boxes I bought and customer support has failed to answer me. What do I need to do to return this devises for a refund. Please advise.

I am having the same problem.    I want to return both my boxes, and all I am getting is the runaround.    I placed my order April 27th, and here it is June 16th and I still have two non-working VidOn boxes.   I am not at all impressed.

I also purchased box through the official web site. I like you tried t return the box. All e mails went unanswed, It tied another tack,I emailed them wanting an answer to problem with the box,they answered immediatly. The bottom line is, they do not want to return your hard earned money
