The .log file is always helpful when problems occurred using add-ons in your xbmc. Where can you find the log file? Usually they can be found in the User Data folder of each OS:

Windows XP: Documents and Settings\<your_user_name>\Application Data\XBMC

Vista/Windows 7: Users\<your_user_name>\AppData\Roaming\XBMC (AppData ist ein "ausgeblendeter" Ordner)

Mac OS X: /Users/<your_user_name>/Library/Application Support/XBMC/userdata bzw. /Users/<username>/Library/Logs/

iOS: /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences

Linux: $HOME/.xbmc/userdata (.xbmc ist ein versteckter Ordner)
or: $HOME/.xbmc/temp/ und das crashlog kann auch schon mal direkt unter $HOME zu finden sein.

Raspbmc: /home/pi/.xbmc/temp/ (Voher "verstecke dateien & ordner anzeigen" aktivieren)

Android: data/data/org.xbmc.xbmc/cache/temp oder /android/data/org.xbmc.xbmc/files/.xbmc/temp

If you find an error message trace in the log file, you can try Google. It is not uncommon that you can find a suitable solution to your problem.
